'UniverseToday' originated from a vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our modest pizzeria was initially a small, family-led venture using cherished recipes passed through generations.

Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered the art of pizza creation while journeying across Italy, receiving guidance from expert pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was first conceived. After returning to the UK, dedication to reproduce the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza followed, using ageless techniques and superior ingredients.

From our humble beginnings with just 12 seats, we have evolved into a cherished local staple, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness stays firm. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and secure the best components available.

As of today, 'UniverseToday' is still maintained and directed by the Bianchi lineage, with the family's second generation at the helm of our devoted crew. While we have adopted contemporary advancements, the essence of our enterprise endures: producing delectable, genuine pizza that unites people.
